Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in showroom customers and handle inbound leads.
  • Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance schemes.
  • Test Drives: Accompany customers on test drives and ensure safety protocols.
  • Sales Closing: Negotiate prices, overcome objections, and convert leads into deliveries.
  • Documentation: Assist customers with booking paperwork, loan processing, and registration details.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with existing clients to generate referrals.
