Candidates with experience exclusively in Telecalling, Banking, Insurance, BPO, Customer Support, or Call Center roles are not eligible for this position,
- Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for day-to-day activities.
- Prepare quotations, Sales orders, order acknowledgements, proforma invoices, and other sales documents.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Follow up internally with production, dispatch, accounts, and stores departments.
- Prepare dispatch documents and maintain records.
- Update ERP software with customer orders, dispatch details, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel and company software.
- Handle email communication with customers and internal departments.
- Support documentation related to domestic and export orders.
