Job Description:

We are hiring a Marketing Head & Sales Executive who can handle both strategy and ground-level sales (mouth-to-mouth promotion). 

The role involves promoting our services directly to customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies
  • Do field sales / direct customer interaction (door-to-door / on-ground promotion)
  • Generate leads through referrals and personal networking
  • Explain products/services to potential customers
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Build strong customer relationships


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati preferred)
  • Basic understanding of marketing and sales
  • Comfortable with field work / outdoor sales
  • Confident and persuasive personality
  • Bike & license preferred
