Job Description
The Customer Care Manager (CCM) will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and handling customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns. The role involves coordinating with Service Advisors, Workshop and CRM teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, conducting service follow-ups, monitoring customer feedback and CSI, handling escalated complaints, maintaining customer records, and building long-term customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication, customer-handling, coordination and problem-solving skills, with 2–5 years of experience in automobile customer care/CRM/service. Experience with a Maruti Suzuki dealership will be preferred.
