Job Summary

The Web Designer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing the company's website and digital assets. The ideal candidate should possess strong UI/UX design skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and hands-on experience with modern web design tools and front-end technologies. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and development teams to create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites that reflect the Bajaj Holographics brand.

Key Responsibilities

1.Design and maintain the company website to ensure an engaging and professional user experience.

2.Create responsive web pages optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

3.Develop wireframes, mockups, landing pages, banners, and website graphics.

4.Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital campaigns and product launches.

5.Improve website usability, navigation, and overall user experience.

6.Optimize website performance, loading speed, and SEO-friendly design elements.

7.Update website content, images, and product information as required.

8.Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

9.Test website compatibility across multiple browsers and devices.

10.Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills

1.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe XD.

2.Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.

3.Knowledge of responsive web design principles.

4.Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.

5.Understanding of UI/UX design best practices.

6.Familiarity with SEO principles and website performance optimization.

7.Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

8.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

>>Bachelor's degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

>>1–3 years of experience in web design or a related role.

>>A strong portfolio showcasing website and UI/UX design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

>>Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks.

>>Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

>>Familiarity with website security and accessibility standards.

>>Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks is an advantage.
