Designation : Store Manager

Job Description :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Grest store and ensure smooth store functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor store staff to achieve sales and business targets.
• Drive sales of smartphones, refurbished devices, accessories, and other products.
• Handle customer interactions, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage device buyback/trade-in processes, including inspection, valuation, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, accessories, and store assets.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, daily reconciliation, and financial compliance.
• Track store KPIs, sales performance, conversion, productivity, and customer feedback.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper control of store inventory.
• Train team members on products, processes, software, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with regional/area managers and support teams to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and share business updates with management.
• Maintain store presentation, discipline, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Ensure proper tracking of accessories and other inventory items through the billing/inventory system.
