Sales Executive

We are looking for Sales Executives / Telecallers who are confident, energetic, and target-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and converting them into successful business opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
• Schedule meetings/site visits with interested customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and calling targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team and report daily activities to the Team Leader.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive personality.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
