Job Description
Job Title: Sales Associate – E-commerce (Women’s Apparel)
We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate with experience in women’s apparel e-commerce. The role involves handling pre-purchase customer queries, providing product and size recommendations, and converting customer inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle pre-purchase queries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
- Guide customers on product features, sizes, fit, pricing, and offers.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in women’s apparel or fashion e-commerce.
- Strong communication, customer handling, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of apparel sizing, fit, and online shopping processes.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
