Job Description

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and site visits
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
  • Conduct property site visits and presentations
  • Negotiate prices and close sales/resale deals
  • Coordinate with clients, builders, and internal teams for documentation
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
