Job Description
Front Desk Operations
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and walk-in visitors professionally
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and messages
- Maintain visitor logs, issue passes, and ensure security compliance
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all time
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, packages, and mail distribution
- Monitor office inventory, stationery supplies, and place replacement orders
- Coordinate meeting room schedules, calendars, and event logistics
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and basic data entry
- Interdepartmental Coordination
- Liaise with vendors, facility management, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Assist HR or Admin departments with basic onboarding and scheduling tasks
