Job Description
Inbound Customer Service Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve KPIs such as CSAT, Quality, AHT, and Productivity.
- Maintain good communication, professionalism, and empathy.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and process changes.
