Performance Marketing Executive

Wafture Healthcare is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns with a primary focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.

Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max.

Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, CPL, ROAS, and overall ROI.

Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign analytics.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

Work closely with the creative and marketing team to develop high-performing ad campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google Ads features, policies, and performance trends.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.

Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking will be an advantage.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage advertising budgets and improve campaign performance.

Priority: Meta Ads & Google Ads experience is mandatory/preferred, with a strong focus on measurable lead generation and performance.
