Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Write clear, engaging, and original content for websites, blogs, articles, brochures, emails, and social media

Research industry-related topics and develop informative content

Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency

Optimize content using SEO best practices (keywords, meta descriptions, headings)

Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with brand strategy

Repurpose existing content for different platforms and formats

Meet deadlines and manage multiple content projects simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field

Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role

Excellent command of written English (grammar, punctuation, and style)

Strong research and analytical skills

Familiarity with SEO tools and content management systems (WordPress preferred)

Ability to write for different tones and target audiences

Preferred Skills

Experience with technical, B2B, or industry-specific content

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends

Ability to review and edit content written by others
