*About the Role*

We are looking for a result-driven Admission Counselor / Marketing Manager / Sr. Manager Admissions to lead student enrollment, build institutional partnerships, and drive brand presence across Delhi NCR and other cities. The ideal candidate has strong counseling skills, excellent communication and a solid network with schools, coaching centers,

 and education consultants.

*Key Responsibilities*

*1. Admissions & Counseling*

- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for prospective students and parents

- Guide students on courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships and career pathways

- Handle end-to-end admission process: inquiry to enrollment to fee collection

- Maintain data and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp and emails.

*2. Marketing & Business Development*

- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets for Delhi NCR and assigned outstation territories

- Develop and execute admission marketing strategies for schools, coaching centers and direct students

- Plan and conduct campus promotion activities, seminars, webinars, and education fairs.

- Build and manage a network of education consultants and channel partners

*3. Institutional Networking*

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with school principals, and management

- Tie-ups with coaching centers and career counseling cells for lead generation

- Conduct presentations and workshops in schools to promote the brand.

- Represent the organization in education events, exhibitions and roadshows across India.

*Required Qualifications & Skills*

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Admission Counseling / Education Sales / Institutional Sales in the education industry

Education: Bachelor's degree required. MBA in Marketing/Education preferred .

Skills:

  - Excellent verbal and written communication in English + Hindi

  - Strong tele-calling, persuasion and objection handling skills.

  - Proven network with schools, principals, coaching centers in Delhi NCR and other regions.

  - Good knowledge of education consultants and admission marketing channels

  - Willingness to travel for outstation school visits and promotions

  - Target oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with excel.

Preferred: Existing database of school contacts, consultants, and coaching centers

Key KPIs:

- Monthly admission numbers and revenue targets

- Number of school/consultant tie-ups activated

- Lead to admission conversion rate

- Campus promotion events conducted per quarter.

Location :Gr.Noida. Must be open to travel across Delhi NCR and other states for school and consultant meets.
