Laundry Master

KLEEVA Fab Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Dry Cleaning & Laundry Master to lead operations at our premium garment care facility.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on knowledge of commercial laundry, dry cleaning, garment finishing, stain removal, fabric care, spotting, solvents, and laundry chemicals. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the entire garment processing workflow while maintaining premium quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and manage commercial washer extractors, tumble dryers, dry-cleaning machines, spotting machines, steam irons, and finishing equipment.

Inspect garments and identify fabric types, care labels, stains, and appropriate cleaning methods.

Perform professional stain removal using suitable spotting chemicals and techniques.

Select and handle the correct solvents, detergents, and laundry chemicals for different garments.

Ensure garments are processed without shrinkage, colour bleeding, fabric damage, or loss of finish.

Maintain premium garment finishing and quality control standards.

Train and supervise helpers and junior operators.

Carry out routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the production area.

Ensure timely completion of customer orders.

Required Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in the laundry and dry-cleaning industry.

Excellent knowledge of fabrics, garment care labels, stain identification, spotting chemicals, solvents, and laundry chemicals.

Hands-on experience with commercial laundry and dry-cleaning equipment.

Strong understanding of premium garment finishing and pressing techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot common garment processing issues.

Leadership skills with the ability to train and guide staff.
