Job Description – Telecaller Sales

Position: Telecaller – Loan Products

Experience: Minimum 1 year Experience

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with good knowledge of loan products and strong communication and negotiation skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, explaining loan products, and converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Handle customer queries and explain suitable loan products.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate with sales and backend teams for loan processing.
• Negotiate with customers to improve conversion and close deals.
• Maintain daily call and lead records/MIS.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

Required Knowledge:

PL – Personal Loan

BL – Business Loan

LAP – Loan Against Property

HL – Home Loan

Basic understanding of loan eligibility and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion ability
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in loan/financial services telecalling. 
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of documentation and loan eligibility.
• Comfortable working with targets.
• Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
