We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through cold calling, references and online channels

• Identify and approach potential clients

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

• Manage leads, follow-ups and sales activities through CRM

• Negotiate proposals and close deals successfully

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Guide and support junior sales team members

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience is mandatory

• Experience in B2B, software, CRM or real estate sales is preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills

• Ability to handle customers and achieve monthly targets

• Comfortable with cold calling and product demonstrations

• Good knowledge of CRM and digital sales tools

• Confident, self-motivated and target-oriented
