Role Overview

Pixart Technologies is looking for an experienced Lead Generation & Follow-up Executive to manage outbound lead generation, appointment scheduling, sales coordination, and payment follow-ups.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective schools and customers.
• Generate and qualify potential leads.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Coordinate and track regular sales follow-ups.
• Follow up with warm, interested, and pending leads.
• Handle payment reminder and payment follow-up calls.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
• Ensure timely handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer follow-up.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with school owners, management, and other decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or lead-management tools.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
• English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Hindi Mandatory, Bengali is Preferable.
• Personal laptop and reliable internet connection are mandatory.

Primary Focus

Lead Generation → Lead Qualification → Appointment Scheduling → Sales Follow-ups → Payment Follow-ups

Candidate Preference: Female candidates with relevant experience preferred, subject to applicable employment laws.
