Position Overview: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding market presence, driving sales, and building strategic partnerships for paramedical devices. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with healthcare institutions, distributors, and paramedical professionals, and ensuring revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and paramedical institutions.
• Promote and sell paramedical devices to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and institutional clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for paramedical staff.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns, promotional activities, and digital outreach.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical business practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in medical devices, paramedical equipment, or healthcare sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
