Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Ensure consistent pipeline development and accurate sales projections.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set KPIs, and provide coaching for improvement.
• Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and performance-driven incentives.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and results-oriented team culture.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.
• Manage high-value clients and support the team in closing complex transactions.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle to increase client satisfaction and referrals.

4. Sales Operations & Compliance

• Oversee end-to-end sales processes, documentation, and contract execution.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies related to real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor sales performance through CRM and reporting tools.
• Provide management with timely sales reports, insights, and recommendations.
• Track ROI on sales campaigns and activities.
