Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller with 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with prospective customers, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide project details.
- Explain property features, pricing, location advantages, and offers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales (Real Estate experience is preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil, English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, and email).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
