Academic Counsellor

📌 Key Responsibilities

- 📞 Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries professionally.

- 📝 Guide students through the complete admission and application process.

- 📂 Assist with documentation, applications, and eligibility requirements.

- 🤝 Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

- 💡 Provide accurate information on courses, universities, scholarships, and career opportunities.

- 💻 Maintain student records and update the CRM/database regularly.

- 📈 Achieve admission targets and contribute to team success.

- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Saturday (Half Day)

- Sunday: Fixed Weekly Off
