Telecaller

Skills Required:

Good Communication Skills in Tamil and Basic English.

Ability to speak confidently and politely with customers.

Good listening and convincing skills.

Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain call records and update customer details.

Follow up with potential customers.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Experience:

Freshers are welcome.

Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage.
