Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Supervisor to join our team in Sriperumbudur Location.


Role: HR Supervisor

Experience: 1- 3 Years

Work Location: Sriperumbudur (Candidate should be ready to stay near the plant)

Gender: Male candidates only

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 / month (Take Home)


Qualification & Requirements:

Education: MBA / MSW / Law Degree

Languages: Proficiency in Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantage)

Mandatory Prerequisites:

Must own a two-wheeler (Bike)

Must have a personal laptop in good working condition


Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Recruitment, Hiring, & Onboarding, Attendance & Leave Management, Invoicing & Contract Staffing Management, Statutory Compliance, ESI & PF Management

Computer Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
