HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to assist our HR team in day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to learn about human resources and gain valuable insights into the HR function within a growing company. You will work closely with HR professionals and contribute to shaping a great employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing orientation materials, and helping with induction activities.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.
• Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
• Participate in performance review processes and help with data analysis.
• Help with HR reporting, preparing presentations, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Assist with employee exit formalities and maintaining exit interview data.
• Support the team in various HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational culture.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and learning about different HR functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn, and a team-player mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
