About the Role:

Immek Softech Academy is looking for a passionate and energetic HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team. We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for our academy.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates regarding interview status, offers, and onboarding.

Coordinate placement activities between students and hiring companies.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients for hiring requirements.

Identify and approach new companies for placement and recruitment collaborations.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR reports.

Work closely with the placement and operations teams to achieve hiring targets.

Ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA HR is an added advantage).

0 to 2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Must be willing to work from the office.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Mode of Work: Work from Office
