Job Description

Responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing third-party partners—such as resellers, distributors, and dealers—to sell the company’s products.

 

 Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, vet, and recruit new, high-potential channel partners within the assigned territory.

 Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to maximize brand preference and engagement.

 Training & Enablement: Equip partners with necessary product knowledge, sales pitches, and marketing collateral to confidently sell the product.

 Pipeline Management: Track indirect sales pipelines, forecast monthly/quarterly revenues, and ensure joint account plans are executed.

Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to design and execute joint partner campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.

Conflict Resolution: Monitor sales activities and resolve any potential channel conflicts or pricing disputes to maintain smooth operations.
