Personal Loan Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, field visits, and other sales channels.
• Contact prospective customers and explain personal loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Convert leads into successful loan applications and disbursements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collect and verify required customer documents.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Follow up with customers throughout the application and approval process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending regulations.

Requirements:

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Previous experience in personal loan, banking, finance, insurance, or sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
