Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives (XFE) to promote and sell Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections. The role involves customer acquisition through field activities, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through door-to-door sales, society visits, and local market activities.
• Promote Airtel Xstream Fiber plans and explain product benefits to customers.
• Convert leads into successful broadband connections.
• Complete KYC and customer documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with the installation team for timely connection activation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience (Telecom/Broadband/FMCG/Banking preferred).
• Bike and valid Driving License are mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field work.
