Experience :2-5 Years in( Healthcare/ Hospital/ Customer service/Pharmaceuticals/ insurance )
Qualification:Graduate in any stream.
Location: Nayagarh / Puri/ Tangi / Banamalipur / Dhenkanal / Kendrapada/ Balangir/ / Sambalpur / Aska/ Phulbani/ / Bhawanipatna /G Udayagiri/ Angul/ Jagatsinghpur
Key Responsibilities:
- Help patients with registration, documentation, and hospital procedures.
- Coordinate with billing, insurance, and nursing departments.
- Support admitted patients with non-medical needs.
- Assist patients during discharge and ensure all reports and medicines are provided.
- Explain available healthcare services and benefits to patients.
- Maintain good coordination with hospital staff.
- Collect patient feedback and share daily updates with the manager.
