  • Drive monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Manage and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Build and expand IBA(Independent business associates) network
  • Handle premium clients, investors & site visits
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
