Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants who can guide customers, design itineraries, manage bookings, and deliver exceptional travel experiences. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced professional, if you love travel and enjoy helping others plan their dream trips, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities


Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages


Create customized itineraries for domestic and international destinations


Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa guidance, and travel insurance


Maintain strong follow-ups with leads and convert them into bookings


Provide end-to-end travel assistance to customers


Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and travel partners


Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, bookings, and payments


Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
