Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify customer KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate data entry and document validation.
  • Check customer details as per company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate with customers for corrections.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
