Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Call existing and potential customers to generate sales.
  • Explain products, prices, offers and availability.
  • Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain daily call records, customer remarks and follow-up dates.
  • Share quotations and coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams.
  • Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Build good relationships with customers and handle basic queries.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of experience in telesales, telecalling or inside sales.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and customer follow-up.
  • Ability to communicate in Hindi and English.
  • Kannada language knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate should be confident, responsible and target-oriented.
  • Preference will be given to candidates living near Peenya or nearby areas.
  • Employment BenefitsThree-month probation period.
  • After successful completion of probation, the candidate will be moved to the company payroll.
