Job Description

 Coordinate and support day-to-day B2C showroom sales activities.

 Assist walk-in customers by understanding their requirements and guiding them

with suitable product solutions.

 Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related sales documentation.

 Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, accounts, and operations for

timely order processing and delivery.

 Maintain customer databases, sales records, and reports in CRM/software systems.

 Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, pending payments, and

order status updates.

 Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Ensure proper showroom coordination, customer service, and product display

management.
