Advisor

 A Permanent Advisor is deployed at the shop floor to support and drive the sales of Godrej products. They act as the face of the brand, helping customers understand the Features, Advantages, and Benefits (FAB) of Godrej products compared to competing brands.

The role demands strong product knowledge, customer engagement skills, and a commitment to brand representation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Drive counter sales by educating and convincing customers about Godrej products.

·        Promote new launches and push premium product categories to achieve the right product mix.

·        Ensure complete product availability by coordinating between the store and company.

·        Maintain effective in‑store product display and ensure prominent brand visibility.

·        Uphold brand image through proper grooming and professional conduct.

·        Gather and share real‑time customer feedback with RC/TMM.

·        Monitor competitor products, pricing, and activities at counter level.

·        Support aftersales by coordinating with customers and the service team for quick resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

 Education: HSSC (Higher Secondary School Certificate) and above.

 Age: 18 to 40 years

 Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience

 Skills: Basic understanding of English

Additional Requirements

1. Must have a smartphone to use the Mobile App.
2. Prior canvassing or sales experience will be preferred.
