• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: PUC (12th Pass) or above
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in any of the following:

• Email Support
• Chat Support
• Freshers are not eligible
• Communication SkillsFluent English & Hindi
• Versant Level 4 or equivalent communication proficiency
• Neutral accent with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)
• Salary₹22,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
• Shift DetailsRotational Shift
• Female Candidates: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour shift)
• Male Candidates: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM (9-hour shift)
• Weekly OffOne rotational week off

• Salary₹21,000 – ₹23,000 CTC
