Admission Counsellor

Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding online undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certification programs.

Understand each student's educational background, career goals, and financial situation to recommend the most suitable program and university.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and website enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Follow up with prospective students until the admission process is successfully completed.

Explain course curriculum, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, EMI options, admissions process, and career opportunities.

Assist students in completing the application form and collecting all required documents accurately.

Coordinate with university admission teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and admissions.

Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and admission status in the CRM system.

Achieve monthly admission targets and individual performance goals assigned by the management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through regular follow-ups and counselling.

Resolve student queries and provide prompt support throughout the admission process.

Ensure complete student satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service.

Maintain confidentiality of student information and company data.

Stay updated on university policies, admission procedures, scholarship schemes, and new program launches.

Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews conducted by the company.

Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality, campaign feedback, and student requirements.

Maintain professionalism, ethical counselling practices, and represent the company positively at all times.

Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management in the best interest of the organization.
