• Education: Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
• Experience: 3–7 years in Home Loan, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, or BFSI sales, with at least 1–2 years in team handling.
• Preferred: Candidates with an existing network of builders, DSAs, real estate agents, and channel partners in Bangalore.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Home Loan business by acquiring customers through open market sourcing, DSAs, builders, real estate brokers, and referral channels.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives/Sales Officers to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and expand relationships with builders, channel partners, and other business associates to generate quality leads.
• Monitor daily sales activities, customer meetings, lead conversions, and team productivity.
• Ensure achievement of login, sanction, and disbursement targets for the branch/team.
• Guide customers through the home loan application process and coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for timely loan processing.
• Recruit, train, and coach sales team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and maintain CRM updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify market opportunities and implement local sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share.

• Good understanding of Home Loan, Mortgage, and Affordable Housing Finance products.
