Job Description
- convert leads for residential construction projects.
- Handle client enquiries, meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Understand client requirements and explain construction services, processes, and project offerings.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients throughout the sales process.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update leads in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth client handover.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
