Sales & Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Sales & Digital Marketing Executive for our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate bookings for rooms, day outings, corporate events, weddings and other functions.

• Contact potential customers and follow up on enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Visit companies, event planners, travel agencies and other potential clients to develop business.

• Manage the resort’s Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and other online platforms.

• Create and post attractive photos, videos, reels and promotional content.

• Run digital advertising campaigns and generate quality leads.

• Manage listings and enquiries from online travel and booking platforms.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, bookings and payments.

• Coordinate with the resort operations team to ensure smooth service for confirmed bookings.

• Collect customer feedback and encourage positive online reviews.

• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, event, banquet sales or digital marketing is preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Knowledge of social media marketing, Canva, Meta Ads and Google Business Profile is preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and email.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Two-wheeler and willingness to visit clients will be an advantage.

Freshers with good communication, sales ability and digital marketing knowledge may also apply.
