Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate will be responsible for initial customer engagement, follow-ups, site visit coordination, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls.
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective customers.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update CRM records.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
• Support sales conversions through effective communication and relationship building.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and follow-up targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good presentation and customer handling skills.

Qualification:

• Graduate
• Prior experience in real estate sales/pre-sales is preferred.

Salary:

2Lakhs To 4.20 Lakhs Per Annum
