Job Description
Landmark Properties is a premier real estate company dedicated to delivering exceptional property solutions. We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Pre-Sales Manager to be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, guiding them seamlessly from initial inquiry to scheduling site visits.
- Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Promptly handle incoming inquiries from various marketing channels (digital campaigns, property portals, walk-ins).
- Client Engagement: Understand client requirements regarding budget, location, configuration (plots, villas, commercial, or residential properties), and pitch suitable projects.
- Database Management: Clean, profile, and maintain a robust lead database; ensure regular follow-ups with cold and warm prospects.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Coordinate with the direct sales team and clients to schedule and confirm project site visits.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on Landmark Properties' current projects, pricing, and market trends to handle client objections effectively.
- Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Tele-sales within the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
- Education: Minimum Graduate (any specialization).
- Language Skills: Good English and fluency in regional languages are mandatory to communicate effectively with diverse premium clients.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, CRM tools usage, and B2C/B2B sales tactics.
- Salary & Benefits Fixed Salary: Competitive monthly fix (Based on experience).
