DESIGNATION:

Relationship Manager/ABM

ELIGIBILITY :

Graduate and above.

1-5 years of experience in Housing Finance, NBFC, Retail Lending, or Banking preferred.

Strong understanding of retail lending business model and P&L orientation.

High ownership mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.

Strong field orientation and comfort with on-ground market execution.

Demonstrated leadership potential and team management ability.

Must be resident of the city or with 12KM radius

LOCATION:

BANGALORE,KOLAR,MYSURU,TUMAKURU,HOSKOTE

1. Business Targets & Revenue Accountability

Drive achievement of disbursement targets for Housing Loans, Mortgage Loans, and cross-sell insurance premiums.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development

Monitor and drive Sales Officer performance across sourcing locations.

Ensure consistent lead funnel generation across key sourcing channels.

3. Business Process & Operational Excellence

Oversee housing loan file logins strictly as per product and policy norms.

Conduct field visits for customer appraisal and credit validation when required.

4. Team Recruitment, Capability Building & Leadership

Support recruitment of high-quality Sales Officers and field staff.

Train, coach, and mentor team members on product knowledge, sourcing discipline, and conversion management
