Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA Fresher to join our sales team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in sales with a premium lifestyle and architectural solutions brand. You will receive structured training, work closely with experienced sales professionals, and have a clear growth path toward a Team Lead role.

Key Responsibilities

·      Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, calls, and digital channels.

·      Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

·      Present and pitch The Earth Kraft product range to retailers, interior designers, architects, contractors, and direct buyers.

·      Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.

·      Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, including sharing product catalogues.

·      Coordinate order processing and customer updates.

·      Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to the team leader.

Eligibility & Requirements

·      MBA (Marketing/Sales) – Freshers are welcome to apply.

·      Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada.

·      Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality.

·      Own two-wheeler preferred for local client visits.
