Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining the bar area, ensuring excellent guest service, and supporting smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages such as mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes, and other menu beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and portioning.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and beverage preparation area at all times.
• Monitor and replenish beverage ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies.
• Follow standard recipes and preparation methods to ensure product consistency.
• Recommend beverages to guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
• Operate blenders, juicers, and other beverage preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report stock shortages, breakages, or equipment issues to the Restaurant Manager.
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and workplace discipline.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the beverage station.
• Support team members and perform additional operational duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender or Beverage Maker in a café, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
• High school qualification or equivalent. A diploma in Hotel Management is an added advantage.
