Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Telecaller & Dealer Process Coordinator to join our EV Bike team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential dealers, explaining our dealership program, coordinating with existing dealers, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential dealers and explain the company's EV bike dealership opportunities.
• Follow up with interested dealers and assist them with the onboarding process.
• Coordinate with dealers regarding product availability, pricing, and documentation.
• Receive and process dealer orders accurately.
• Maintain dealer records and update the CRM/database.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
• Resolve dealer queries and provide timely support.
• Prepare daily call reports and follow-up status updates.

Requirements:

• Graduate or 12th Pass.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
• Ability to build strong relationships with dealers.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
