Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain and secure the organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise networking, firewall management, network security, server connectivity and troubleshooting. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring high availability, performance and security of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain LAN, WAN and wireless network infrastructure.
• Configure, manage and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
• Implement and maintain network security policies and access controls.
• Configure VLANs, routing protocols and network segmentation.
• Manage internet connectivity, bandwidth optimization and ISP coordination.
• Monitor network devices using network monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows and Linux server connectivity.
• Configure and maintain DHCP, DNS, Active Directory and network services.
• Perform regular network backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain network documentation and topology diagrams.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance and support.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in network administration or network engineering.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, RHCE, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto or equivalent are preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching and VLANs.
• Experience with firewall configuration, VPN technologies and network security.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, NAT and load balancing.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage critical network incidents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an eCommerce or enterprise IT environment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and network monitoring tools.
