JOB SUMMARY

Shastra IT Services is hiring Telecalling Agents for a target-based voice process involving candidate calling, job explanation and onboarding follow-up. Female telecallers with good Telugu and Hindi communication skills are preferred. Basic English and computer knowledge are required.

TELECALLING AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.

• Explain available job opportunities and onboarding procedures.

• Collect and verify candidate information.

• Follow up with candidates until onboarding is completed.

• Maintain accurate call and candidate records.

• Update candidate status in the assigned system or tracker.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and onboarding targets.

• Communicate professionally and handle candidate queries.

• Coordinate with Team Leaders regarding pending cases and escalations.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

• Good Telugu communication skills

• Good Hindi communication skills

• Basic English communication skills

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Android smartphone is mandatory.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Willingness to work from the office is mandatory.

• Candidates must be comfortable working in a target-based environment.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

TEAM LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and guide Telecalling Agents.

• Monitor daily calls, conversions, attendance and onboarding targets.

• Conduct call-quality checks and provide coaching.

• Prepare daily performance reports and MIS.

• Handle escalations and support the team in achieving targets.

PROCESS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage overall process performance and workforce planning.

• Set targets and monitor productivity, quality and conversions.

• Review daily MIS and operational performance.

• Coordinate client updates, onboarding progress and escalations.

• Train and support Team Leaders and Telecalling Agents.
