• Key Responsibilities : Engage with graduates and potential candidates through phone calls.
• Explain job opportunities and company requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates regularly.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment data.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate engagement.
• Eligibility : Female candidates only.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
